
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons, processing time may be extended by an additional day or two.
2. Order Type
Currently, we are shipping only prepaid orders. No Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be entertained as we are already offering discounted prices on this platform compared to marketplaces.
3. Shipping Methods
We provide standard shipping free of cost within India. Expedited and express shipping are available for an additional cost. To schedule expedited or express shipping within India, please contact us at support@mumbaijersey.com, mentioning your order ID and contact number. Our team will get in touch with you to explain the process, delivery partner, and the additional cost. Shipping cost and delivery times vary depending on the selected method and destination.
4. Domestic Shipping
We currently ship to addresses within India, covering most Pin Codes with few exceptions where no courier service provider is available. Most of our domestic orders are shipped via DTDC and Shree Maruti Courier. In some cases, we may use Delhivery, Xpressbees, Bluedart, and other courier services. Standard delivery by DTDC and Shree Maruti Courier is free of cost for the buyer, while other services incur additional costs as mentioned in point 3 above.
5. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries at an additional cost, which varies depending on the item, package size, and weight. International orders are shipped via FedEx, Bluedart, and other courier providers and are subject to custom duties, taxes, and import fees on delivery.
6. Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination. For India, we offer free standard shipping through DTDC and Shree Maruti Courier. For other countries, extra shipping costs shall be incurred, for which you need to contact us as mentioned above.
7. Incomplete or Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or additional shipping charges incurred due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange for re-shipment at your expense. Kindly ensure that you enter the correct pin code and state while placing the order.
8. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders, we are not responsible for shipping delays caused by factors beyond our control such as severe weather, natural disasters, or carrier delays.
9. Lost or Stolen Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided by the customer. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim and notify us as soon as possible.
10. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or regulatory limitations. We reserve the right to refuse orders or adjust shipping methods for items that are not eligible for standard shipping.
